We specialize in TRX Training with TRX Suspension Trainers & Rip Trainers, but we also use weights, slam balls, jump ropes & lots of body weight.
The front door is locked right as morning class starts so don’t be late!
We’ll be your best friend if you show up a couple minutes early.
If you’ve never used TRX gear before, showing up about 5-10 minutes before your first class will give your instructor the opportunity to show you how to operate the straps and/or Rip Trainers on your own to get the most out of your workout without feeling overwhelmed!
We’ve got showers!
We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Bring anything else you need so you can be fresh & on your way after your workout!

Each class consists of full-body strength, endurance, and/or metabolic work, with some high intensity intervals sprinkled in. The goal is to build strength and capacity, burn calories, and define those muscles! Great abs & high calorie burn are a fun and pleasant side effect.
Who It’s For:
This program is for those with busy schedules who need to get their workout in before or after work. It's for people looking for a great, challenging workout to get the most bang for their buck. We'll work hard, you'll get results, and you won't be miserable doing it. All levels welcome!

We'll work massively on core strength to improve posture, back pain, and balance, as well as consistent strength work toward those sculpted arms, abs, and legs that we all want. There will be some small bouts of cardio here and there, but no burpees. ; )
Who It’s For:
This program is designed to be challenging, but a little less intense than the bootcamp class. It's ideal for anybody just easing back into a fitness routine, pre and post natal moms, or those who exercise better a little later in the morning.
We’re trying to create a welcoming space for busy parents so please be prepared for kids to be present!

Get your stretch on! Most of us don’t get time to stretch, mobilize, and recover full from our crazy-busy schedules… that’s why we’re throwing some recovery yoga classes onto our schedule.
Your class packs cover any class you come to, so there’s no extra charge.
Who It’s For:
Every body… but especially those of you who are tight AF (runners, desk workers, people who don’t stretch regularly), stressed, or just want to move their bodies in a non-intense way.
