How It Works

Every participant receives:

  • Appointment credits after registration to schedule your calls/training sessions

  • An invitation email from us to our nutrition software platform for your full client intake assessment - an in-depth assessment to determine where you currently are, your strengths, and what we need to focus on

  • A total of (2-4) 45 minute calls each month (depending on which package you get)

    • Calls can be done over the phone or FaceTime/Zoom. You maintain control over what we do, what we don’t do, and how to best work our game plan into your life.

    • Fitness Option: If you’d like to incorporate workouts into your program, you can split your sessions between nutrition calls and online personal training sessions.

  • Summary email of detailed next steps after each call

  • An app with your online profile, program, action homework, stats, and all other progress tools

  • A messaging center where you’ll communicate in between calls with your coach (they’re checking on your action steps throughout the week)

    We’ll try some things, see how your body responds, and then adjust as necessary. Once we find what works for your body and what you can sustain on your own, you’ll “graduate” and cancel your membership!


Coaching Options

There is no minimum/maximum required time to participate.

On average, people use 2-3 months of coaching until they’re ready to go on their own.

Light Support: $179/Month

Weekly Support: $279/Month

Meeting online or on the phone from wherever you are, we can assess your current situation, talk about where you want to go, and start a program that will help you get there. Learn about what your body needs and how to implement small changes along the way so you’re not feeling overwhelmed.

Which coaching type & support level is right for me?

You know yourself better than we do. If you have had trouble committing to new things in the past, or have an insanely busy schedule, let’s start small with the Light Support package so you we don’t add to your stress. If you’re ready to clear out space in your life and want to commit fully to yourself, the Weekly Support may be the way to go.

If you start with one plan and decide you need something different, we can switch it the following month!

How long should I commit to?

Everybody is different, from their current habits to their ability to stick with lifestyle changes. We recommend planning for at least 2 - 3 months of coaching to give yourself time to build the new habits and your body time to respond. Sustainable nutrition and fitness habits are built with small changes practiced consistently over time.

How do I pay?

You’ll choose the type of coaching and level of support that works for you and purchase. These programs are offered as monthly subscriptions, meaning they’re set on auto-pay and will charge your account on the same day each month. You can switch plans whenever you need and you’ll cancel when you’re ready to continue on your own!

What all am I paying for?

You’re paying for a licensed fitness professional who’s got over 15 years of experience, multiple certifications, and a degree in Exercise Science who is ALL IN for you - this isn’t our side gig, this is our career. You’re paying for our time in assessing your profile, reading your intake forms, and creating a game plan before we even meet. You’re paying for our time meeting with you, our time after our meetings to assess your check-ins, and the support in between. Costs include the software platform and app that allows us to provide you with this online service and the ability to communicate efficiently, and also the continuing education we pay for every year to stay on top of the latest research and evidence-based guidelines out there.

Will I get meal plans?

In the state of Kentucky it’s illegal to write specific meal plans unless you’re a Registered Dietician. Even if we could, most people don’t stick to them after a couple weeks anyway. We will teach you how to plan your own meals based on what your body responds best to during the coaching process.

Can I partner with my buddy/spouse?

We always love to see friends or loved ones working together! It often helps keep you on track and makes it more enjoyable. While you can certainly begin the coaching process together, we can only track one person’s progress per account. Your bodies are different - they have different DNA which means they’ll respond differently (physiologically) from one another. If you each need your own online profile where we can keep your individual stats, progress, & programming separate, then you’ll each need your own plan, but we can hook you each up with a discount!
