Get Started Here:

Every new client needs to start with Kickoff Session before joining with any memberships. Let’s make sure we’re a good fit!

30 Minute Kickoff Consult $49

A Half Hour Consult or express workout session is recommended if you’re looking for guidance on the best path for your goals.


60 Minute Kickoff Session $99 

An hour long Kickoff Session is recommended for us to have time for discussion of your goals and a short workout.


You can use single sessions to pay as you go if you’re unsure of your schedule or want to space them out.

We also offer:

  • PARTNER TRAINING: If you’d like to share a session with a buddy, just let us know!

  • IN-HOME TRAINING is available, you’ll just need to pay for the trainer’s drive time to/from your home. If we’re driving to you, we can’t train anybody else during that time.

COMMIT & SAVE: MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships are what we recommend when you’re committing to consistent training to see & feel your results the fastest.

Your hourly credits go into your account on the same day you purchased each month, allowing you to book out all your sessions in advance.

  • Memberships reduce your rate per session & simplify charges with monthly auto-pay.

  • You can book any combo of 30 or 60 minute sessions until your hours are used up.

  • Any unused minutes/hours rollover to the next month as long as the membership is active.

  • Change or cancel at any time, just keep in mind any unused rollover sessions will be lost when the membership ends.

In-Home Training & Drive Time Charges

Please be aware: if we’re driving to/from your home, that’s time we can’t be training anybody else in studio, so we charge for that time.

Drive time example: If you live 15 minutes from the studio and book a 60 minute session, you’ll need to pay for 90 minutes (15 minutes of drive time to you, 60 minutes of training, and 15 minutes of drive time back).

Ami has a degree in Exercise & Sport Science (2006), certifications in Personal Training, Group Fitness, & Nutrition, and has trained hundreds of clients and thousands of fitness pros all over the world over the past 20 years. As a TRX Master Instructor, she has traveled extensively & presented at professional conferences in 5 different countries.

As a classically trained ballet dancer and recreational rock climber, Ami knows the importance of getting fast, safe, and noticeable results while staying injury-free. She also frequently sings & dances while teaching class… so there’s that.


FAQs

I’m not sure where to start. What should I book?

  • If you’re not ready to move yet, we recommend booking a 30 Minute Consult. We can meet over the phone, on video call, or in person. You can tell us your situation and all the factors affecting you, and we can recommend a few options on how to move forward, whether that’s with us or on your own.

  • If you’re ready to move, we recommend booking a 60 minute New Client Kickoff Session. We’ll chat for the first part and then we’ll do a short workout to get you started. We’ll build a game plan from there.

  • If you decide you’d like to see/feel your results faster by moving forward with ongoing training, you’ll decide how often you’d like to train per month. We have Personal Training Memberships that give you priority booking, lower the cost per session, and allow you to rollover any unused sessions to the next month as long as your membership stays active. This keeps you consistent, even if you’re out for illness or travel.

How long are the training sessions?

  • We offer 30 and 60 minute training sessions to fit your schedule. Shorter sessions are there for busy folks, but 30 minutes goes by quickly. Longer sessions are there to fit more in and sometimes add nutrition coaching, if needed.

How often should I train with you?

  • This will depend on your goals, but to see your results the fastest, consistency is key. Depending on how much you want to do with us and how much you want to/can do on your own, in-studio session frequency will vary. Some clients see their trainer once or twice a month while continuing their workouts at home, while others prefer working out solely in the studio with their trainer 1-3 days a week. We’ll chat about this on day 1, but ultimately it’s up to you and what you feel best with.

How long should I train with you?

  • There’s no minimum/maximum commitment required. Most people work with a personal trainer until they meet their goals and are comfortable working on their own. Others work out with a trainer on a regular basis so they don’t have to think about it. We can be whatever you need us to be for you.

Are all the training sessions at the studio?

  • We provide both in-person and online training (via FaceTime or Zoom) to our clients. You can come to the studio if you need to get out of your house/work space, and if you need equipment. It’s also great to train online if that makes your life easier and ensures you get it done. We have a lot of clients that travel for work and train online when they’re out of town. We also serve clients that live farther away and online sessions are the best for their schedules.

Can I train with a partner?

  • Absolutely. We’ve trained partners, siblings, and besties. Working out with a buddy is more fun and keeps you both accountable. Shoot us an email to inquire about how this works. info@studiohustlelouisville.com
