You have enough to think about. Just show up. We’ll take care of everything else.
Studio Classes
Need to get outta the house & see some other adults? Join us at the studio.
How Often Do You Want to Work Out?
You can drop-in to class sporadically or become a member to build a solid routine to see your results faster. Consistency brings results. You can take class once, twice, or three times per week. Decide how often you want to work out and let that dictate how you join.
Membership Options:
Here’s how our monthly membership costs break down:
4 Class: $49 - 4 Classes per month, appx. 1/week.
8 Class: $89 - 8 Classes per month, appx. 2/week.
12 Class: $129 - 12 Classes per month, appx. 3/week.
Unlimited: $159 - Unlimited classes per week (as long as there’s room)
Member Perks:
Members get first dibs on class reservations, new programs, and apparel before they’re open to the public. Members can have an ongoing reservation for the same day/time for however long they keep their membership active. Members may make up any missed class in another time slot as long as there’s space.

YOGA Hustle + Flow
Sundays

We’re Learning Yoga!
This class is a mix of a yoga flow to warm up, some poses to challenge our strength & stability, & then some stretching and mobility work. All levels welcome, especially those who are really tight, active, and/or stressed. We provide mats if you don’t have one!
TRX METABOLIC
Mondays & Tuesdays
Mon: 6:00am, 5:45pm
Tues: 6:00am, 5:00pm
We start the week with this HIIT class & alternate strength & cardio intervals to get strong, burn calories, and increase your metabolic capacity.
TRX STRENGTH/ENDURANCE
Wednesdays & Thursdays
Wed: 5:45pm
Thur: 6:00am, 5:00pm
The middle of the week is for muscular strength & endurance. We alternate each week. The goal is to increase your capacity for how much work you can do & for how long!
TRX SWEAT
Saturdays
8:15am & 9:30am
Get Ready to Get Sweaty
This is a full body workout using TRX Suspension Trainers, Rip Trainers, Kettlebells & Weights. It’s a mix of strength & high intensity intervals to burn some serious calories & get your heart rate UP. Bring your towel & water!
